- Building Layout 215 and 216 Statement of Work This solicitation is to remove and install carpet and cove base for buildings 215 and 216 at Francis E. Warren AFB, WY 82005. The carpet will be furnished by the government, however the cove base must be provided by the contractors. **Please note that the contractor is responsible for verifying all quantities and measurements for carpet and vinyl cove base removal and onstallation.** Please see the attached Statement of Work and Building layouts for more specific information.
