- Synopsis: FA8522-11-R-32336 This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Switch, Radio Frequency, NSN: 5985-01-213-7727EW. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is restricted to Cobham Defense Electronic Systems-MA-COM Inc., Cage 96341, and Teledyne Wireless LLC, Cage 24022, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source specified on a source control or selected item drawing. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge is not available to permit acquisition from other sources. Data review discloses that the required data or data rights are not in the Government's possession and cannot be economically obtained. This contract will be for a fixed quantity of 28 each on Basic and will contain four out-year options with a max quantity of 10 each. Ship To/Destination Info: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA) Delivery Schedule: First Articles are due within 250 days after award of contract and the Basic Production Quantity are due within 180 days after First Article Approval. Option Qty are due 180 day s after Exercise of Option. Total duration of the contract is estimated at 5 years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
