- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) N00104-11-Q-Q693 to satisfy the Department of the Navy, Naval Supply System Command requirement for Retirement Planning training for July 11-14, 2011. This RFQ provides an opportunity for respondents to submit their availability and management approach to fulfill the Navy requirement related to this request. NAICS Code 611430 and Product Service Code U008. Please submit your response to satisfy the Government ™s requirements as described in the Performance Statement of Work. Quotes are due June 6, 2011. Scope: It is expected that this seminar will cover CSRS and FERS retirement plans. The seminar will be delivered as a conference/seminar through lectures, demonstrations and open forum discussions. Retirement Planning Seminar will provide educational support to NAVSUP employees who want to gain a better understanding of their benefits and prepare for retirement. The comprehensive Retirement Planning Seminar for CSRS and FERS employees, at the pre-retirement or mid-career level, should be designed to help employees make choices that will best support their long-term financial and retirement goals. The training will be delivered on-site and by satellite broadcast via video-teleconference for up to a total of 600 participants.
