- Power to plug in lights for the tents will be supplied by Portable parking lot lights supplied by Fort Carson. The Tent is just a canopy top, without sidewalls. No flooring or HVAC is needed for the tent. These tents will be placed on dirt/black top and you can stake the tents. The tents will be used to keep duffel bags out of the rain.
