- Construction Phase II of an automotive vehicle test and evaluation facility (ATEF) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Construct a sustained speed ground vehicle test facility consisting of approximately 4.5 mile paved test track with stabilized safety run-off areas, a braking test evaluation (BTE) area, ramps to a vehicle maneuvering test (VMT) area, and an overrun area. Supporting facilities include storm drainage, information systems, paving, and relocation of electric service, water and sanitary sewer.
