- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FORCRYOCOOLER AND CIRCULATOR FOR ZERO BOIL-OFF GROUND TEST. Companies shall acknowledge allamendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subjectsynopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to add information on the Standard Form 1449 in respectto the applicable NAICS code and size standard (NAICS 541712 and Size Standard 500employees).The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on June 17, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. PST.
