- Drawings of Office Layout This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C7AM1112A002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423210 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- (Qty 2 EA) HON or HON-like 2-person Team workstation cubicles with overhead cabinets approximately 96"W X 144"L X 65"-71"H (8'W X 12'L X 5'5"H). Must have guest seating area. Cubicles must be Mahogany Wood finish panels and desks and shall have tackable back wall panels. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0002 - (Qty 1 EA) HON or HON-like L-Shaped Cubicle approximately 72"L X96"W X 65"-71"H (6'W X 8'L). Must have guest seating area. Cubicle must be Mahogany Wood finish panels and desks and shall have tackable back wall panels. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0003 - (Qty 1 EA) HON or HON-like L-Shaped Cubicle approximately 72" W X 72" L X 68"H; one wall must be approximately 42"H to accommodate existing wall plumbing. Cubicle must be Mahogany Wood finish panels and desks and shall have tackable back wall panels. Additionally must include 1 ea 36"W Sliding Glass door with a frosted glass finish for privacy. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0010 - (Qty 6 EA) HON or HON-like pillow soft high back chairs in black leather and Mahogany. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0011 - (Qty 5 EA) HON or HON-like pillow soft Guest chairs in black leather and Mahogany. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0012 - (Qty 1 EA) HON or HON-like Meadowbrook high back chair in Mahogany and burgundy vinyl, wing back style with vinyl upholstered arms. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0013 - (Qty 1 EA) HON or HON-like Meadowbrook guest chair Mahogany and burgundy vinyl, wing back style with vinyl upholstered arms and leg base. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0014 - (Qty 1 EA) or HON-like Mahogany shelving storage are 24"D X 96"W X 60"L or equivalent. Shelving solution dimensions can vary slightly as long as it provides ample storage and presents a professional appearance. Brand Name or Equal CLIN 0015 - Government Installation to include layout design, disassembly, and installation of new furniture. CLIN 0016 - (1 EA) Shipping directly to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929 Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 734 AMS UNIT 14008, FPO AP, Andersen AFB Guam, 96543. One time only site visit is scheduled for 03 June 2011 at 1100 hrs (local Guam time). All contractors needing access to base must meet at front gate Pass/ID by 1030 hrs Andersen AFB, Guam. Please call in advance to Pamela Evans 671-366-6603 to submit your name for site visit. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
