- Solicitation and supporting documentation. This is a solicitation for surplus aviation parts by NSN in the quantities identified. These requested parts are surplus and do not require manufacturing to fulfill the requirement of the government. Items should be capable of being shipped to the freight forwarder within 90 days of award. All items are to be designated a service code 'A' condition per the definition contained in the solicitation. This is a lowest price technically acceptable procurement initiative. An offer is considered technically acceptable if supplying the NSNs listed in the solicitation in a service condition state of 'A'.
