- PR No. 0040731038. Request for Proposal (RFP) Number SPM4A5-11-R-1543 is a resolicitation of Request for Quote Number SPM4A5-11-Q-3429. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Panel, Structural Air C NSN 1560-01-257-6263. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for quantity of 9 each. The OEM and approved source of supply is Northrop Grumman Cage (61174), PN: 123BH40000-605. Delivery: 365 Days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Specification plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. The Government intends to place a delivery order for this requirement on a sole source basis against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
