Description

Single Award Term Contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending May 31, 2013 for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Orders are for various items consisting of separate-covered publications, cover letters, looseleaf inserts, and mail-out envelopes requiring such operations as receipt and processing of transmitted data, electronic prepress, printing, variable imaging, binding, construction of envelopes, packaging, and distribution of materials. Orders will be placed on a weekly basis for various quantities (ranging from 100 (inserts) to 100,000 (handbook, 52 to 80 pages) units. A GPO quality level rating III (printing/finishing attributes) is required and the initial term of the contract is for 2 years, plus three optional 12-month extension periods.
