- 05/27/2011 Amendment 3 notice and question and answer This statement from the original posting is now changed: The draft classified Statement of Work will be available beginning 9 AM Wednesday, May 25. Each offeror is permitted one copy. To receive a classified document under this Solicitation, an offeror must have both a facility clearance and a level of safeguarding at the Secret level; to verify both, provide the full company name, address where the statement of work will be reviewed/stored, DUNS, CAGE and company point of contact throughout the entire acquisition (full name, email address and telephone number) to Mishelle.Miller@dia.mil with the subject line HHM402-11-R-10118 eligibility. The facility clearance and safeguarding location must be tied to the same CAGE. A confirmation email will be sent in reply stating that the request has been received, followed by another email with approval or disapproval; if approved the email will contain instructions about how to obtain the SOW under this Solicitation. Question and Answer Q6. What do I do to determine my eligibility to attend the Vendor Conference? A6. We would need an exemption to attend as we do not currently have safeguarding capabilities. What would be our next steps? A8. An exemption to the requirement that only vendors eligible to receive and store a classified document under this Solicitation may be made.
