- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45-Year Length of Service Awards in accordance with the attached Solicitation W911N211R0046 and the attached Performance Work Statement. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements contract with a base year and four (4) option years.
