- Notice is hereby given that Naval Medical Center Portsmouth has a requirement to purchase Natural Gas for it's Boone Clinic for the period 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12. Award shall be made to Virginia Natural Gas without further competition unless resonable response is received by the closing date of this notice. Responses for alternate products will not be considered as Naval Medical Center portsmouth is not prepared to convert equiptment. Responses that result in an alternate source of supply must include all cost in response to include any required connection fees. To prevent billing issues alternate sources of supply must be a direct agent of the source of supply (Natural Gas). the Government reserves teh right to seek proof of association.
