- Notice is hereby given that Naval Medical Center Portsmouth has a requirement to purchase Natural Gas for it's Dam Neck Clinic for the period 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12. Award shall be made to Virginia Natural Gas without further competition unless resonable response is received by the closing date of this notice. Responses for alternate products will not be considered as the Governemnt will not convert equiptment. Responses form alternate sources of supply must include all cost includeing any required connection fees. Alternate sources of supply must be a direct agent of supplier of supply (Natural Gas). The Government reserves the right to skke proff of association between source of supply and selected vendor
