- If your company has experience comparable to this equipment and you are interested in competing for award, please register for this requirement on the Jefferson Lab Solicitation Bulletin Board at http://www1.jlab.org/ul/Bus_ops/. Please fax the information requested to 757-269-7057 or email to albertc@jlab.org by June 27st, 2011. After we evaluate the information provided in the response to this letter, we will issue a formal Request for Quote (RFQ). All registered firms will automatically receive a notification email when the RFQ is posted. We will evaluate the quotes we receive in response to the RFQ to determine the company that fulfills the RFQ requirements and offers the Low Price Bid to Jefferson Lab.
