- It is the intent of the U.S. Marshals Service to award a purchase order for two one-bedroom apartments for the period July 1, 2011 through December 16, 2011. The 2 apartments shall be located in the same apartment building and have the following criteria: Withing 1.5 miles of State Department FSI, 4000 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22204 Within walking distance to a Metro subway station One indoor parking spot for each apartment 24-hour welcome desk Dedicated concierge serivces; same day valet dry cleaning and laundering services 24-hour fitness center Minimum Continental breakfast On-site management and maintenance Business center with MAC/PC stations, laser printing and copy/fax machines High Speed internet access and prmium cable channels in each apartment premium cable channels Local Calls, fully equipped kitchen (including cookware and utensils), and full-size washer and dryer in each apartment
