This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide Lodging, Meeting Rooms, Meals, and A/V for Strong Bonds Marriage Enrichment Retreat to held 26-28 August, 2011 in the Hot Springs, Arkansas area. See the attached Statement of Work for specific details.
