- RFQ for Hygienist Services Management and Training Corporation is requesting bids for Dental Hygienist Services for the Keystone Job Corps Center. Services to be provided are outlined in the attached scope of work. All bids must be returned in a sealed envelope (fax bids are not acceptable) and received no later than 5:00 PM on July 5, 2011. Your response must be mailed or delivered to: John DeMauro, Keystone Job Corps Center, 235 W. Foothills Drive, Drums, PA 18222. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
