- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. Further in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 it the intent of the General Services Administration to make a sole source award to Delta Building Services, Inc. Delta Building Services was awarded an 18 month contract to provide O&M Services for the Bryon Rogers Courthouse, Byron White Courthouse and New Custom House. The Byron Rogers Courthouse, Byron White Courthouse and New Custom House are currently going through major ARRA renovations which include replacing existing equipment with modern energy efficient equipment. Delta was the previous contractor and has the knowledge of the current existing building equipment and because of that knowldege had unique understanding of the changes and will be able to keep the ARRA projects on schedule and maintain the current equipment properly. These buildings also share a Building Automated System and therefore would be to complicated to seperate.
