- The Governement intends to award a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the following required items which includes, but are not limited to: (1) Iodine 131 Capsules (I-131); (2) Iodine 123 Capsules (I-123); (3) Tc99m Cardiolite unit dose; (4) Tc99m Sestamibi Generic unit dose; (5) Tc99m Myoview; (6) Thallium; (7) Tc99m Sulfur Colloid unit dose; (8) In-111 Oxine; (9) In-111 Chloride; (10) In-111 DTPA; (11) In-111 ProstaScint; (12) In-111 Octreoscan; (13) Strontium 89; (14) Sm-153 Quadramet; (15) In-111 Zevalin; (16) Y-90 Zevalin; (17) In-111 Oxine WBC; (18) Tc99m Ceretec; (19) Adreview I-123 MIBG (10mCi vial); (20) Sulfur Colloid Vial; (21) HDP Vial; (22) Hepatolite Vial. The manufacturer is PharmaRx. Vendor must be a USP 797 compliant nuclear pharmacy. Calls will be placed against the BPA as the supplies are required. The contractor shall provide all supplies and transportation necessary for delivery to Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The Period of Performance is on or around Jun 20, 2011 to Jun 19, 2016.
