- Solicitation Teacher Facilitator Training Conference The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, using FAR Part 12 and 13, a contract for conference space and guestrooms during the period of June 19, 2011 through June 22, 2011 in the Peachtree City Georgia area. The solicitation number is HE1254-11-T-0023 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). DoDEA is a federal agency, education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/education pricing. The notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. Interested businesses may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by submitting a quote in accordance with the submission instructions stated in the solicitation. Only quotes received within the response timeframe stated in this notice and in the solicitation will be considered by the government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documentation, and applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email with the subject line "HE1254-11-T-0023" to tracey.wilder@hq.dodea.edu. No inquiries will be considered if received after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 7, 2011. Inquiries received after this time and date may not be answered.
