- LCAC 77 Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV). This requirement is set- aside for Small Business Concerns. The work includes miscellaneous electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs. Work will be performed at a Government facility. Dates and place of performance will be provided in the solicitation. Offerors must possess a valid Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in order to receive award. This is a Best Value solicitation with price and past performance as evaluation factors. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals. Offerors are notified that the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (52.219-14) will be included in this RFP.
