- Scope of Work Painting of Unity, CMA and CNA The Iroquios Job Corps Center (IJCC) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 11780 Tibbets Road, Medina, N.Y. 14103, 585-798-7024, are desirous of a certified, bonded, licensed, and fully insured contractor to submit a bid on the project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through/conference on Friday June 3, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Final bids are due to this center, not later than June 9, 2011 at 4:00 PM. Point of contact for this project is Mr. Donald White, who can be reached via E-mail at White.Don@jobcorps.org. Work to be done: Unity- Repair walls as needed. Repaint hall walls and walls in main area with two(2) coats. Metal doors and frames will be sanded and repainted with two(2) coats. CNA,CMA- (5 rooms and 2 hallways) Repair walls as needed. All walls will be painted with two(2) coats in a two tone color scheme. Metal doors and frames will be sanded and painted with two(2) coats. Paint to be specified at time of walk through/conference.
