- This solicitation is being authorized under IQC11096009007, for use on the 39A Patriot Missile, Radome Feed Assembly, 1430-01-392-5198. Two approved sources listed as Royal Engineered Composites Inc CAGE: 16357, P/N: 11474482 and Radant Technologies CAGE: 3J847, P/N: 11474482. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is in 96 Days. This NSN is NOT coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Surge & Sustainment does apply to this NSN, the Monthly Wartime Requirement is 1. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 21 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 5 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 5EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 21 EA, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 42 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 5/27/2011.
