- FLOOR PLAN RUSTON BID SCHEDULE PERFORMANCE QUESTIONAIRE SOLICIATION FOR RUSTON The United Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS); currently housed in space at 1803 Trade Drive, Ruston, LA 71270. The agency will be relocating to USDA/NRCS leased space in a new building being constructed at 1412 Celebrity Drive, Ruston, LA 71270. The space has been carefully planned and designed by NRCS in consultation with the developer's interior architects. System furniture has been selected to work in concert with the building shell and tenant improvements as it relates to style, color, functionality and size. This agency's frequent reorganizations and changing requirements that necessitate reconfigurations and movement of furniture often with short turnaround times. This new facility is scheduled to be ready for occupancy on or about AUGUST 29, 2011.
