- Aviation Audits of Commercial Aviation Services. More than 50 commercial operators are audited on a biennial basis. The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Aviation Management (OAM) has a requirement for audit services to address commercial aviation services (CAS). Service needs specifically include consulting, management analysis, technical support services, financial reviews, assessments, civil aviation operations and airworthiness, aviation management and maintenance work processes.
