- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order award to Steris Corporation, located in Erie, PA for calibration and service on two (2) Steris ARD 1000 VHP Gas Generators. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1). Numbered Note 22 applies. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. This notice is for information purposes only. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
