- This modification to the original posting is being issued to notify registrants about new event entrance procedures. If you do not have Department of Defense vehicle decals, you MUST now enter Fort Belvoir through the Tulley Gate instead of Pence Gate as the original posting indicated. Proceed to the Staff Sgt. John D. Linde Visitor Center at Tulley Gate and present the staff with a copy of your car insurance and driver's license before moving on to the Industry Day briefing.
