- The AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Qwest Government Services, Inc. The objective of this effort is contract 377th Communication Squadron service for annual support of Vesta E911 System at Kirtland Air Force, Base New Mexico. THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated Award date is on or about 1 June 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within three (3) days of this announcement.
