Description

"RFQ HSCG84-11-Q-AA8373, for Full Food Services @ U. S. Sector Houston-Galveston, TX is being solicited as a sole source 8(a) requirement. Quotes from State Licensing Agencies (for Blind vendors) operating under the authority of the Randolph-Sheppard Act, 20 USC, 107(a-e), must be given a priority in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Education at 34CFR 395.33. If a quote is received from a State Licensing Agency, the Government may consult with the Secretary of Education to determine whether any priority should be given that quote. This consultation may be necessary even if a quote is judged as not having a reasonable chance for being selected for award.
