- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO), National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement in support of The Drum & Bugle (D&B), Marine Barracks, Washington, DC. The RCO intends to procure Two (2) Transportable/Collapsible Advertising Displays for Recruiting Purposes to increase public awarness and understanding of the D&B mission. The general specifications are as follows: Approximate Size 10 ™ “ 12 ™ Easy To Set-Up Collapsible, Lightweight, Easy to Ship and Transport by One to Two Marines Two (2) 20 “ 24 LCD ™s Integrated A/V Workstation Travel Case Fabric Print Lifetime Warranty Upgrade Options Replacement Parts Repair Center The Requesting Unit Shall Provide The Selected Vendor The Necessary Art Work to be Printed on The Background. The quantity and detailed specifications will be in the solicitation. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address questions regarding this requirement. All terms, conditions and closing date for receipt of proposals will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next 10 days. This requirement will be awarded as a 100% small business set aside. The requirement will be procured in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, on a Firm Fixed Price basis. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and Online Represenation and Certifications Application (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov/) to do business with the Government. It is the responsibility of the interested parties/potential offerors to contact the Regional Contracting Office to receive a copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any.
