- Yellow Ribbon Event July 9-10, 2011 Salt Lake City, Utah DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPECIFICATIONS: The Utah National Guard has a requirement for lodging and meeting space to include food and beverages located in the downtown Salt Lake City, Utah area, July 9-10, 2011. The solicitation number is W90M8L-1020-0124 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $30.M. This requirement is unrestricted and qualified offerors may submit quotes. Only qualified offerors registered in CCR and ORCA under this NAICS Code will be considered for this RFQ. See attached Statement of Work for detailed information. Quotes are required to: 1. Be submitted in the exact format as the Statement of Work. 2. Submit a proposed menu for each meal with quotes. 3. Provide three references to include: point of contact information, contract dollar amount and date of event (not to exceed three years.) 4. Include quotation number, offerors name and address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address (if available), CCR number, and TIN on cover sheet submitted with bid sheet. Failure to provide this information with your offer may cause your offer to be considered non-responsive. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be fixed price and award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. Only one contract will be awarded. If requested by the contracting officer, offeror shall provide references. The factors used to evaluate offers received are technically acceptable and price. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at www.bpn/ccr.gov. And also in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, Offerors shall have completed registration on the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov.
