- Recovery - - This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Houghton Mifflin Company, 222 Berkeley St., Boston, MA 62116 in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c) (1), 41 USC 253(c) (1), P.L. 107-110, 48 C.F.R. 1.703 and 1.704 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subsection 6.302-1(a) (1). Houghton Mifflin Company is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The required product/service is to provide the curriculum approved textbooks for educational development of the students per curriculum fulfillment and other existing requirements for the schools educational needs. This service will be provided to the BIE - Tuba City Boarding School. This is not a request for quote.
