- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Arkansas National Guard Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Fund, Inc, Camp Robinson MWR Complex Building 5305, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72199-0001 for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) meals requirement, 5-11 June 2011, for the US Army Cadet Command. MWR is the only authorized vendor for these services on Camp Robinson National Guard Base. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 30 May 2011 2:00PM EST at MICC Center - Fort Knox, to Elizabeth Mudd at elizabeth.a.mudd@us.army.mil.
