- The United States Marine Corps Reserve (MARFORRES), New Orleans, has a requirement for providing the rental of non-smoking rooms/billeting/conference rooms for Government personnel, during Marine Week St. Louis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 and the business size standard is $7.0 Million. Solicitation M67861-11-T-0037 is being procured as a firm fixed price contract. The RFQ and all information pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically through Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov It is and will continue to be all potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for any amendments updates offerors library, responses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download from the website. Any communications must identify the RFQ number, M67861-11-T-0037 company name, address, and e-mail, phone number including area code, facsimile number and point of contact. No phone call request will be accepted. The anticipated solicitation release date is 25 May 2011 with a closing date of 1 June 2011. See attached solicitation. NOTE: Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which is required by Federal Regulations (See FAR 52.204-7004). Therefore you must be CCR registered to be awarded this project and payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet.
