- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), with New River Kinematics, inc, for services as described below. Renewal software license and support for New River Kinematics spatial analyzer software. 1 - Product SA, UL, CAD, EXT - Item #2564 SpatialAnalyzer Support and Update Maintenance Renewal for SA Ultimate plus CAD for 12 months. Catia V4 & V5, CGR, Ug, Pro-E, Solidworks, Includes GD&T, MP, RF, RD, TT, Robot Cal, Pipe Fitting and ALL Instruments. 2 - Product: SA, UL, EXT - Item #2013-2920 SpatialAnalyzer Support and Update Maintenance Renewal for SA Ultimate for 12 months. Includes SA Basic plus all SA capabilities. Includes: GD&T, MP, SA, SDK, USMN, RF, TT, RD, RobotCal, Pipe Fitting, and ALL Instrument Interfaces. 3 - Product SA, UP, CHG - Item #2564 One Time Charge to Upgrade to SA Ultimate or SA Ultimate+ Native CAD. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed- price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; however, companies that believe they can fulfill the requirement may provide a written response to this notice and provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate that capability. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
