- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete this project. The principal components of work involves paving and seal work at various locations in California. This solicitation is 100% HUBZONE Set-Aside, NAICS code is 238990 and the Small Business Size Standard is $14,000,000. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All work is to be completed within 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible HUBZONE business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. Any non-U.S. (Foreign National) visiting or working at any Western Area Power Administration facility must receive prior written approval from the appropriate Western Security Manager. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. Interested parties can download the solicitation at https://www.fbo.gov on or about June 02, 2011 and the projected bid opening date is July 06, 2011. It is the responsibility of the bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments.
