- Provide Residential Alcohol Substance Abuse Services, aftercare and outreach services for Native American population of Santa Clare and San Francisco Counties, California, and for the women and children residing in Alameda and Oakland Counties, California. The government intends to award a multi-year contract consisting of One Base Year, and Four one year options. THIS REQUISITION IS RESTRICTED to Friendship House Association of American Indians, in accordance with Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Public Law 93-437. Any request for a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be rejected.
