- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intend to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 to Radiant Source Technology Incorporated, 6895 Via Del Oro, San Jose, CA. The proposed contract action is for (1) RST 3000 Solar Simulator and (1)XBO 3000W/HSCLOFR Lamp which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 3 June 2011, 12:00 P.
