- Questionnaire Specifications This is a Sources Sought notice for the Drug Enforcement Administration. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to gather information concerning the capabilities of interested vendors, including small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businsesses, HUBZone certified small businesses, and serivce-disabled veteran owned small businesses, that manufacture semi-automatic shotguns that meet ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. All interested sources that are able to manufacture a product that meets ALL required specifications shall complete the attached Questionnaire as their response to this Sources Sought. No additional information is requested. Please note that the information provided in this Sources Sought notice is to be used for research and acquisition planning purposes to determine available sources for the supplies and described herein. This is not a solicitation and proposals should not be submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Responses will not be considered proposals. The DEA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested sources responding to this Sources Sought notice. All responses to this notice, in the form of the completed Questionnaire, shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov no later than June 7, 2011 at 12:00noon EST.
