- ITEM DESCRIPTION: Seal, Driveshaft, Main NSN: 5330-01-256-7478 SOLICITATION PERIOD: 21 days ISSUE DATE: May 25, 2011 CLOSING DATE: June 15, 2011 QUANTITY 900 EA SPECIFICATION: This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). The requirements of CSI will be strictly adhered to. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. P/N 214-040-849-105 approved source - SKF USA, Inc. P/N B60-80-6446. DESTINATION: Defense Distribution Depots in New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. DELIVERY: 140 days ACQUISITION NOTES: This acquisition will contain a quantity option provision that will allow the Government to purchase additional units in an amount up to 50% of the base quantity should conditions warrant. Unrestricted. No drawings are available. It is the Government's intention to use simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5 to award a firm fixed-price contract.
