THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville, NC is seeking potential sources capable of providing removal/disposal services of all regulated medical waste for the Asheville VA Medical Center and outpatient clinics in Franklin and Rutherfordton. Removal and disposal service will include infectious waste, pathological waste, chemotherapy waste, and outdated drugs. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562211 with a size standard of $12.5 Million. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company; business size (large or small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
