Description
Wage Determination Bid Schedule Statement of Work Form 1442 The US Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District has a project that involves clearing and snagging in the Buffalo, NY Channel and Lock, Buffalo River and Harbor, to include the option to relocate stone in the same area. The contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary equipment and personnel necessary to accomplish the requirements of the Statement of Work. Estimated completion date of this project is 30 June 2011. The magnitude of the project is between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000. This procurement will be advertised as a total set aside for small business. A Payment Bond and Certificate of Deposit IAW FAR Part 28.102(b)(1) will be required. Davis-Bacon Wage Determination General Decision Number NY 100008 is applicable to this procurement and is attached as a PDF to this solicitation. There is no site visit planned for this requirement. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Criteria (LPTA) criteria IAW FAR 15.101-2. It's the intent of the Government to make award without discussions. Please reference Form 1442, Section 00100 - Evaluation Criteria for Technically Acceptable factors.
