- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number F11PS00701. The Solicitation will be posted on or about May 26, 2011. The work will consist of but, not be limited to rehab and replace 36" PVC Culverts at Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, Matagorda Island Unit South End; This solicitation will be advertised as a full and open competition open to all business sizes. We are contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990-All Other Specialty Contractors In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
