- he Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Activity has a requirement for Transitional Housing Services for Veterans of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) in Santa Maria, CA. It ™s the VA ™s intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with two (2) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13 and FAR Part 15. NAICS is 623220, Size Standard $7.0 Million.
