While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis a quantity of two (2), integrated precision optical tracking system from IMAGO Machine Vision, Inc., 5 Laval Street, Suite 203, Quebec, J8X3G6, Canada. The optical tracking system interface produced and is proprietary to the manufacturer IMAGO Machine Vision, Inc. These optical tracking systems must be compatible with and shall be utilized with an existing IMAGO system currently in use at NSWCDD. This constitutes Amendment 1 to N00178-11-R-1048 to correct and revise anticipated CLIN/SLIN structure to read as follows: CLIN/SLIN-Quantity-Description 00012 Optical Tracking System 0001AA2 IMAGO XG Video Tracker and User Interface to include: Features and Contrast Tracking Algorithums, 4 video inputs, Progressive Scan and RS170 Camera Support, Supports 60Hz tracking with an architecture that allows expansion. 0001AB2 External Alignment/Survey System (XG only), Simply/ Course Alignment. Survey Software (Cartesian NEU). 0001AC2 High Performance Pan/Tilt Controller and arget State Estimator. Waypoints (90 deg/sec, standard Pan/Tilts, XG only). 0001AD2 Tracking Option, Support Multiple Tracking Cameras(switch while tracking) included with XG 0001AE2 Position - Cue Input (Weibel). 0001AF2 Position, Ballistic predictor with TTL trigger. 0001AG2 Interface for Standard IMAGO LRG. 0001AH2 IRIG B Support 9 (required hardware). 0001AJ2 Track point Offset. 0001AK2 Serial F-Stop Controller. 0001AL2 IMAGO API. 0001AM2 High precision version of the IMBQ (100kg/220lb payload)(includes 7.6m/25 ft). 0001AN2 Rackmount PC. 0001AP2 Frame Grabber. 0001AQ2 Output port. 0001AR2 Video input cable for Frame Grabber. 0001AS6 Control and power cable progressive scan. 0001AT6 Video cable with fisher connectors (7.6m/25ft). 0001AU2 Cables and wiring. 0001AV6 Camera alignment mount. 0001AW8 Camera mount and lens bracket. 0001AX2 Camera enclosure. 0001AY6 Serial F to EF lens adapter and aperture control. 0001AZ2 IRIG B card. 0001BA2 8 port serial to Ethernet controller. 0001BB2 IMAGO FAS/Post Processing Software. 0001BC2 Signal distribution box. 0001BD1 IMAGO Trajectory System Software (for 4 tracker inputs). 0001BE1 Rackmount PC (Combined with XG support hardware). 0001BF1 Integration of L3 LRF. 0001BG2 Power supply and additional cables. 0001BH1 125' cable extender. 00021 Training. 00032 Shipping. 00041 ATP Customer Site installation. 00051 Network Integration, Fiber Optic System and remote control testing at IMAGO.
