- This fusion center will provide support for the OSC-I Operations Center (OPSCEN)in a continuous and timely manner with accurate and actionable information to the Chief of OSC-I in order to support the conduct of Security Cooperation (SC) and Security Assistance (SA) programs projects and activities. The support services will include detailed planning, staff coordination, monitoring decisions and events and activities. The contractor support will receive, distribute and analyze information and will draft plans and orders and prepare recommendations to the Chief. Anticipated date for release of the request for proposal is on or about 9 June 2011. Performance will be OCONUS in Iraq. This acquisition may utilize Firm Fixed Price Contract. Award may be made to the offeror that has the lowest price that is technically acceptable, who is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 Facilities Support Services. The Government anticipates a one year contract with possible option periods for four years following.
