- RFQ-CFP-11-0031 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ-CFP-11-0031 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. The NAICS code is 518210 and the size standard is $25.0 M. Additional contract requirements and terms and conditions may be found in the attachments. For information regarding the solicitation contact psb3@bpd.treas.gov - Attention: J. Oberlin and S. Barker.
