- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intend to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 to Responsive Learning Technologies, INC. The proposed contract action is for Software Spreadsheet Foundations 650 Enrollments and Quantitative Skills Foundations 650 Enrollments. Period of Performance: 1 July 2011 thru 30 June 2012, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR6.302. THIS NOTICE OF IN INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirements. Responses are due by 04 June 2011, 12:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, via e-mail or fax.
