FUELING NEEDS TO START AT 0630AMY, FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2011 TO BE COMPLETED BY SUNSET. CERTIFICATION/ANALYSIS OF FUEL NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF DELIVERY FOR STATE INSPECTION.
